Cagayan Valley inspected a fertilizer and pesticide warehouse and two manufacturing plants in Isabela on January 17, 2023, to monitor their compliance with manufacturing practices and assure the availability of fertilizer supply in Region II.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"box-sizing: inherit;
