Lansangan. Meanwhile, Mr. Ronald Ponce from the Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) proudly carried the Agency&#8217;s flag during the parade, symbolizing the Agency&#8217;s commitment to the cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s theme &#8211; &#8220;Water is Life, Water is Food.
